That's impossible. X-mas pudding is denser than, like... Uh.

Iridium?

Anyway. Merry X-Mas. And a good time as ever to say, thanks for the website! Has always entertained me. And keeps me in touch with my feminine side, too.

Ohhh, Hello Kitty earrings...

It's Dr Yoda McCoy! "Damnit Jim, I'm a Jedi Master, not a bauble!"

Hope you all have had a lovely day :) xx

Mr Tom

You would look pissed off too if your head was cut off and mounted on a tree.

Merry Christmas.

Speaking of Xmas traditions, I totally botched the yorkie puds this year! :-(

My four year old son said: Those look like little tiny mini pancakes!

Alice

Aww, fuzzy warm feelings!

Pallister - you can cook yorkies?! You're CANADIEN! Get back to your poutine, surely.

I'll chalk this up to one of those English dialect misunderstandings, like the word fanny, but your post made almost made me spit out my drink.

Your abbreviation has a vastly different meaning where I am come from.

OMG lol! Who knew? What language is that in, then? American? Scottish?

Never heard it before. I shall update the post!

East Coast of the United States in my case, but I'm fairly certain it's well known throughout most of the U.S.

For the most part I doubt it would really have anybody wondering, but in this case the combination of abbreviating pudding as pud, without first actually using the word pudding anywhere, and the general American lack of Christmas pudding led to a few seconds of confusion for me till I realized what it was referring to.

I found the "Here's someone else who needs a touch of pud" about Yoda particularly hilarious. =)
