Rockstar are calling for phone-ins for their fictional Liberty City WKTT radio station. If they like what you say, you might get put in the game. That's pretty fun! 
You won't get paid for it, of course, but you'll get your ... mmh, 15 seconds of fame amongst your mates, and that's all anyone needs.
