Who knew? Did you know that? I didn't know that. It's uber cool. No more worries about toddlers playing Manhunt.

Choosing Your Code
For both systems, you have to choose a password, similar to your cable system's code. The Xbox is a combination of four buttons on the controller, and the PS2 code is four numbers. I'd go by the same rules that you would use for any strong password - try not to include any obvious patterns. For the Xbox, use several different types of button on the face of the controller, including at least one of the triggers. Keeping them changed on a random basis is also a good idea. Also, if you have more than one system don't make them the same. This might seem complicated, but if you just have one console, it's really simple. I have a LOT of hardware in my house. I'm very hardcore about this and I live with a budding cryptologist (my younger son). I change mine on both systems when I clean them once per month just as a part of my usual maintenance, and I use the same system I use to keep my PIN numbers secure to keep track of them.
OMG. She cleans AND re-locks the hardware on a monthly basis. This is one dedicated lady. I salute you, Momgamer!
My consoles are filthy. I'm feeling guilty now. If only geekonstun were visiting, I could make him do my housework. Whe heh he he.
