My ole guildmate Althaea hooked up his treadmill to WoW to see what would happen if he actually had to run about the place. He does it in costume with his buff gym-buddy, AND there's a how-to for making the running contraption. He lost 100lbs!
This would actually get me on a treadmill. I can't think of anything more boring than running on treadmills, and watching telly doesn't cut it. Actually avoiding beasties though? Motivation!
So, this would be a 'WoW Fit'? :P
