My olde guildemate Kaizer has made a sex game using the Wiimote, and it looks kinda hilarious: clearly the safest sex two people can have, judging by this video!
You won't want to play this at work due to the sounds, although on silent it's entirely harmless.
Dark Room Sex Game is an award-winning multiplayer, erotic rhythm game without any visuals, played only by audio and haptic cues. The game can be played with Nintendo Wiimote controllers or a keyboard.
Dark Room Sex Game began its sordid life as a project for the 2008 Nordic Game Jam.
You can also play 4-player, which raises a few questions as to what those Nordics actually get up to over there. Maybe we don't want to know.

Actually I think this is completely brilliant, and I'm quite tempted to organise a game competition at work with the theme of "safe sex".
