Every time there's another use for artoo, I do this same mournful post, bewailing the ignominy of his latest dressing-down. And here's another. Oh noes, poor artoo, now he's a VOIP phone with webcam! Rly.

I love when they make artoo into something useful! I think the only thing better than Star Wars stuff is useful Star Wars stuff.
That being said, Lucas has pimped out every aspect of his work (if I see another Indiana Jones Burger King/Dr. Pepper/Special Edition commercial, I think I'll cry) so doing this actually makes sense.
