Uhoh, new rodent tees
The thing about Way Of The Rodent tees is that they always ring true with me: not so many games I never played, just - creepily - homages to the games I *did* play. Like this new one, for instance. Knight Lore. Oh. my. gawd. That game drove me nuts. I nearly finished it, but it was so sodding hard towards the end. Urgh.
If you never played it, you were this little Knight dude, who would turn wolf on full moon. He'd do this robo changeling dance:
(This is what the BBC Micro was invented for, this game - and I've been waiting for an excuse to post that anim for ages).
Anyway - tees - check out WotR's newest:
I'd lose the font, myself, but hello, purist. Loving the gun-dealer-from-Resi-4 tees too. Inspired bit of voice work, that was.

BBC Micro? Nope, Knight Lore was first on the ZX Spectrum 48K. I still have the the original Ultimate Play The Game large black cardboard box edition. It cost a whopping 8.99 way back when games were 1.99-3.99 each. Oh dear, I'm old.
You can play Knight Lore here: http://www.spectrum.lovely.net/KnightLore.html
Or read about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knight_Lore
Or watch the whole game played through here: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7243884507023050970
Hm, think I need to write this up on my own site too ;)

I was just going to post accusing you of getting KnightLore and SabreWulf muddled.
But then it turns out that I'd just got KnightLore and NightShade muddled. Doh!
Best thing about Ultimate Play the Game releases? Packaging. They were the first company to make games with a high quality, high production value, well designed package. Very smart move, in the days of dodgy third rate illustration and cheap plastic sleves.
Also, the printing smelt really nice. Mmmm.

I'm glad you like the sabre man t-shirt!
I felt I had to put some text on it so that it was more obviously a Spectrum game, but you can't please everyone ;)
mugsy.
