He appears to be using his left hand to walk around, and right hand to fire. I'm curious as to the accuracy of it though, since it's probably harder to keep your aim level and walk around without getting distracted by bits of scenery and other eye candy, although it could make twitch aiming a whole long quicker considering you just have to look at the target.

And what do you do when something happens out of game, just off screen, and you go to take that curious or concerned glance away for that fraction of a second? :\ I think I'll just stick to my trusty ol' mouse for now. Even if it does insist on sticking to my desk.
