I left my laptop at work

.. with the notes from the NTI event on it. Not that I took that many after all - my keyboard is a real clacker and it was a very hush-hush setup in a small, darkened cinema, so I felt a bit noisy. Also it was more demo than talk, per se, but I'll post some quotes tomorrow.

I did remember my camera, although again - darkened cinemas make for lots of overflash, or blurring. They had a pro there, I could tell because his SLR had a very loud shutter sound, so hopefully there'll be some decent pics at some point.

.. for a good bit of gunning and piloting.

That game's bloody tough, you know.

There's probably a blog entry somewhere that goes "I felt awkward taking too many photos because my SLR makes a real racket and it was a very hush-hush setup, and my notes are a bit chaotic, but never fear - there was a real pro taking notes there, I could tell -"

It's only tough when your co-pilot plows into a wall. ;)

Yes. You did. :)

(hi cf!)

Wow, right hand drive arcade machine..

I would love to try that Star Wars machine!! I spent some time with one of the other Star Wars arcade machines at E3: http://www.flickr.com/photos/heilemann/14609719/in/set-338033/

Hi Alice, I was at the NFT thing too. We shared the briefest of conversations about Resident Evil. Hello!

I did a big brain dump of the Goldeneye talk here:

Hello! Were you sitting next to me in the cinema?

Yes, I was. Lovely to meet you.

What game is this? I never saw one of these in the arcade, but it looks very similar to the old x86 X-Wing game.

Star Wars Aracde by Sega (1993)
